Physical Achievement Center is seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Sales Manager, aka "Treatment Coordinator." Our ideal candidate is a "people person" who is highly likable, charismatic, and able to build rapport quickly. This is a sales role that requires someone who is comfortable discussing finances with patients and has a track record of success in medium/high ticket sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations to gather patient information and assess their suitability for our program.
Assist our Manual Therapist in conducting the examination, including tests and x-rays.
Review the Doctor's recommendations for care with patients and address any concerns or objections they may have.
Motivate and encourage patients to take action and participate in the program.
Provide guidance and support in onboarding patients with equipment, supplements, and dietary changes.
Perform post-program follow-up and maintenance care to build long-term value with patients.

Comfortable discussing finances with patients and finding solutions to financial and monetary issues

Success Metrics:
40% show rate from appointment set to Day 0/Day 1 visit.
75% conversion rate to ROF appointment.
75% of ROF patients commit to care—ideally 50% through financing or cash pay.
Work Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility may be required based on doctor’s and patient schedules.
Compensation:
Base Salary ($55k/yr) + Commission (5% of gross on new care plans sold) = On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 - $88,000/yr
