UForce Fitness is seeking a driven and professional Sales Manager to lead membership growth and help elevate the overall member experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of a strong fitness community. The Sales Manager will play a key role in membership sales, lead management, retention efforts, and community outreach.
Responsibilities
Manage membership inquiries, tours, and sales conversations
Follow up with leads through calls, texts, email, and in-person communication
Build relationships with prospective and current members
Help execute promotions, referral campaigns, and outreach initiatives
Track sales performance and maintain organized lead management systems
Support member retention and overall customer experience
Collaborate with management and coaching staff to support gym growth
Represent the gym professionally within the local community
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, professional, and personable
Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Sales experience preferred, especially in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service industries
Self-motivated with a positive and team-oriented attitude
