Responsibilities: • Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company goals to deliver consistent membership growth. • Lead from the Front: Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets while fostering a culture of accountability, energy, and positivity. • Leverage Data: Track sales performance and local market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies in real time. • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing members, community partners, and local businesses to increase brand visibility and referrals. • Report with Clarity: Prepare accurate, actionable sales reports and communicate performance insights to senior leadership. • Own the Numbers: Consistently meet—and push beyond—monthly KPIs, including membership sales, conversion rates, and lead follow-up performance. Qualifications: • 5+ years of sales experience , preferably in the fitness, wellness, or service-based industries. • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals , with strong closing skills and a performance-driven mindset. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills , with the ability to convert leads into long-term, loyal members. • Demonstrated leadership experience , including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams. • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools , using data to track performance, optimize strategies, and drive results. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
