Responsibilities: • Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to achieve consistent membership growth and revenue targets. • Lead from the Front: Coach, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed goals while cultivating a culture of accountability, high energy, and positivity. • Leverage Data: Analyze sales performance metrics and local market trends to identify opportunities, optimize outreach efforts, and adjust strategies in real time. • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and current members, community partners, and local businesses to increase brand awareness, referrals, and long-term loyalty. • Report with Clarity: Deliver accurate, actionable sales reports and clearly communicate performance insights, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership. • Own the Numbers: Consistently meet—and strive to exceed—monthly KPIs, including membership sales, conversion rates, revenue goals, and lead follow-up effectiveness. Qualifications: • 5+ years of sales experience , preferably within the fitness, wellness, or service-based industries. • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets , with strong closing abilities and a results-driven mindset. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills , with the ability to build rapport and convert leads into long-term, loyal members. • Demonstrated leadership experience , including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams. • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools , with the ability to leverage data to track performance, refine strategies, and drive measurable results.
