Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Kent, WA, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects
Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
Collaborate with production and operations to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze sales data and forecast trends to inform business decisions
Report regularly to senior leadership on sales performance and market opportunities
Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel locally as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
Grade/Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 base salary
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $140,000 (base + commission/bonus)
