You will be the chief architect of the buyer side of our business, responsible for turning ambition into accountability. This includes hiring, training, and implementing high-leverage systems that ensure every Buyer Specialist and Showing Assistant operates at their peak. Responsibilities: • Seek new and unique sales opportunities • Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions for agents • Meet with agents to work on their sales scripts • Be the helping hand in preparing budgets • Provide coaching, training and high level leadership to the team Qualifications: • Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Team leadership ability • Experience with relevant software applications Compensation: $40,000 Salary + Bonus
