AllJax, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our lead generation and outreach efforts. This role works directly under the Office Manager and helps create marketing materials, assist with social media and online promotion, and collect key information from job sites to support project estimating. Ideal candidates will be organized, creative, and have strong communication skills.
You’ll assist with:
Supporting online visibility through regular, professional digital content.
Collecting critical information from active job sites to help estimate project costs (permit status, contractor info, property details, etc.).
Creating flyers, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
Monitoring local market activity and gathering facts that support quoting efforts.
We’re looking for someone who can manage their time well, communicate clearly with the internal team, and bring fresh ideas to the table. Prior experience in construction, excavation, or environmental services is a big plus.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (on-site)
$22–$25/hr depending on experience

Preferred Experience:
1–2 years in a marketing, administrative, or support role
Familiarity with social media, writing, and design tools
Experience in or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
