Industry Interest: Experience in or a passion for apparel, promotional products, or branded merchandise is a plus, but not required. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. No experience in screen printing is required; we will train the right person. What we need is someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in doing things right. Responsibilities: What You Will Be Doing • Community Engagement: Attending Chamber of Commerce events, local trade shows, and community networking functions to act as the "face" of Kidd Company. • Lead Generation: Prospecting and generating new B2B leads through outbound outreach, social networking, and face-to-face meetings. • Strategic Targeting: Identifying and pitching to corporate clients, sports organizations, universities, and other high-volume accounts. • Account Management: Managing existing accounts to drive reorders and grow average order value through proactive outreach. • Marketing & Pitching: Promoting our core screen printing and embroidery services alongside promotional product add-ons. • Sales Execution: Preparing quotes and proposals and following through from first contact to closed deal. Qualifications: • Experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the manufacturing industry. • Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently to meet sales targets. • Proven track record of effective communication in person, over the phone, and via email. • Strong networking skills with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships. • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and identify potential high-volume accounts. • Experience in attending and representing a company at community and industry events. • Ability to create compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs. Compensation: $15 hourly
