This hybrid field role blends inside sales, prospecting, lead qualification, and marketing coordination, with roughly 50–75% in-office time and the balance spent prospecting in-market. The ideal Sales & Marketing Coordinator is organized, comfortable engaging customers face-to-face, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

    Key Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing Coordinator

    • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and networking across the four-state territory.
    • Follow up on inbound leads, identify new prospects, and schedule meetings for Account Managers.
    • Gather customer needs and qualifying details before handoff to the Account Manager team.
    • Assist with local marketing campaigns, trade shows, events, and promotional materials.
    • Maintain CRM data, lead tracking, and reporting metrics within SAP.

    Qualifications – Sales & Marketing Coordinator

    • 2+ years of sales, marketing, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred.
    • Comfort with cold outreach, field prospecting, and relationship-building.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
    • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

    Preferred Qualifications – Sales & Marketing Representative

    • Regular travel throughout Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
    • Frequent driving; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
    • Ability to attend in-person events, networking functions, and on-site visits.
    • Standing, walking, and customer-facing engagement during field activity.
