Job Description:
Silverado Signature Homes is expanding and is searching for an experienced, professional candidate for the position of Sales & Marketing Director. The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, overseeing and leading the day-to-day sales operations of this growing custom home construction company to enable senior leadership to focus on strategic planning, major opportunities, and growth. The ideal candidate will have the heart of a servant leader and the passion to make a positive impact on our clients and staff, and in the communities where we build and serve.
Headquartered in Bertram, Texas, Silverado Signature Homes was founded in 2017. We are a Christian company called to build homes and have completed over 135 projects across Burnet, Fayette, Llano, and Williamson Counties. With a commitment to quality construction and outstanding customer service, we are looking to expand our footprint into new territories.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and implement a sales and marketing plan achieving significant growth projections
Manage and lead efforts related to new home lead generation and opportunity closing
Create, distribute, and manage advertising and marketing collateral and campaigns
Maintain company website, social media platforms, digital presence and external advertising and promotional / philanthropic efforts
Manage sales activities to include staffing at company model home(s) during sales campaigns
Attend community outreach events, participate in local business development activities, and build relationships that will lead to sales and lead generation
Establish and maintain sales metrics to measure the organization's overall performance
Meet company’s financial targets, objectives, operational goals, and regulatory compliance
Provide ongoing reporting
Able to demonstrate prior sales success and marketing plan development
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related fields required
Minimum 5 years of previous custom homes sales experience, including both inbound and outbound lead generation and closing
Have existing knowledge of and network in residential real estate, home building, lending and title company industry
Able to represent the company in direct customer interactions and industry events
Possess an outgoing and customer-centric focus maintaining the highest professional standards
Self-starter who is proactive in problem solving
Experience with Word, Excel, Google Drive, social media platforms, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Canva, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
This position is based in Bertram and not a virtual or work-from-home role
This position will require a mix of in-office and in-model-home work
Will require some evening and weekend hours for representation at industry events
