Are you a motivated hospitality professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and building lasting client relationships? We are seeking a Sales/Marketing Manager to lead our hotel’s sales efforts, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize room revenue, group bookings, and event sales. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients to ensure repeat and new business. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales calls, site visits, and networking. • Coordinate closely with the operations and front office teams to ensure smooth execution of group and event business. • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, online listings, and promotional campaigns, to increase hotel exposure. • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking functions, and community events. • Assist with creating and managing the annual sales and marketing budget. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, marketing, or related hospitality roles. • Proven track record in achieving revenue and sales goals. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business preferred (or equivalent experience).
