    As part of the national EverLine Coatings franchise network, we combine strong local service with industry-leading systems and support. We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to help us scale across Central Pennsylvania.

    Job Overview

    We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead both inbound and outbound marketing efforts, build client relationships, and drive revenue. You’ll work remotely from home but travel locally for on-site estimates and client meetings.

    If you love B2B relationship-building, marketing strategy, and seeing your sales efforts turn into booked projects, this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    Respond to inbound leads (SEO, PPC, referrals) within 24 hours

    Schedule and conduct on-site assessments and walkthroughs

    Build and send proposals using Proposify

    Follow up using HubSpot, phone, email, and personalized video (Vidyard)

    Create and implement outbound marketing strategies (cold outreach, mailers, LinkedIn, trade shows)

    Set and track KPIs like proposals sent, deals closed, and revenue booked

    Attend networking events as needed (optional but encouraged)

    Training & Onboarding Timeline

    Week 1–2:

    EverLine sales training and CRM/proposal tools setup Week 3–4:

    Shadow site visits and begin light outreach Month 2–3:

    Begin sending independent proposals, follow-ups, and site visits Month 4+:

    Full ramp-up with commission eligibility and monthly KPI tracking

    What We're Looking For

    ✅ Outgoing, personable, and professional communicator ✅ Self-starter who thrives working independently ✅ Comfortable talking with decision-makers (property/facility managers) ✅ Organized and deadline-driven ✅ Previous sales, B2B, or marketing experience preferred ✅ Must live in Central PA and have a valid driver's license

    Compensation & Perks

    💰 Base Salary + Commission (Performance-based, starts Month 2–3)
