ServiceMaster of Allegany County is looking for a qualified sales professional who can help drive sales and business for the company. The ideal sales & marketing manager has experience in the field and can easily build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
Objectives of this role:
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
Develop skills continuously with training and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
Build and maintain relationships with the community by organizing and holding community events
Travel within our company's coverage area which includes Cumberland, Oakland, Morgantown, Fairmont, and other surrounding areas.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Two or more years of experience in managing sales
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Superb leadership ability
