About this role
This is a dual role — part sales, part marketing. You'll be the face of ServiceMaster by GBS in the field, building relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and potential clients, while also managing and growing our brand presence online. If you're someone who thrives on making connections, closing deals, and building something real, this is the role for you. The harder you work, the more you earn.
What you'll actually do
Generate and pursue new leads — insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate agents, and more
Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
Represent ServiceMaster by GBS at networking events, job sites, and meetings
Manage and grow our online presence across social media and other platforms
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that bring in new business
Track leads, follow up consistently, and close deals
Work closely with the office team to ensure smooth handoff from sale to job
Identify new opportunities to grow the brand and expand our reach
What we're looking for
Proven experience in sales and marketing — restoration experience is a plus but not required
A natural connector — someone who builds relationships easily and leaves a lasting impression
Strong closer — you know how to turn a conversation into a deal
Savvy marketer — you understand how to build a brand and grow an audience online
Self-motivated and driven — you don't need someone pushing you to perform
Well-connected or willing to hustle to get there
Professional, polished, and able to represent a white glove brand with confidence
Long-term mindset — we want someone who grows with us as the business grows
Spanish speaker is a plus
Compensation
Your first year is a training period to fully learn the business, our processes, and our clients. During this time you will earn a $60,000 base salary plus commission on every sale you bring in. After completing your first year of training, both your base salary and commission structure will be adjusted — details will be discussed during the interview. The more you sell, the more you earn. There is no ceiling.
Location & availability
Based out of our office in Valley Stream, NY with regular time in the field for networking, client meetings, and events. Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance and have reliable transportation.
