    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to doctors and secure patient referrals for our home care services. The ideal candidate will have a background in home care, life/medical insurance sales, or multi-level marketing (MLM).

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and medical facilities to generate patient referrals.

    Present and promote InTouch Home Care Inc. services to healthcare professionals.

    Identify potential referral sources and schedule meetings to discuss partnership opportunities.

    Follow up on leads and referrals in a timely manner.

    Track and report referral activities and outcomes.

    Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

    Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote services.

    Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in home health care marketing.

    Qualifications:

    Experience in home health preferred

    Proven track record in developing and maintaining professional relationships.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Knowledge of the home health care industry

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Compensation:

    $50,000 annual salary plus bonuses.
