About the Role
We are a locally owned and operated Allstate Insurance Agency seeking an enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity for anyone with a passion for sales, marketing, and building lasting customer relationships. No insurance license is required — just a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and an interest in helping people protect what matters most.
What You'll Do
• Support the agency's marketing efforts across social media, email campaigns, and community outreach
• Assist agents with prospecting and lead generation activities
• Learn how to build and maintain client relationships from day one
• Observe and participate in customer consultations and follow-up calls
• Help create marketing materials, newsletters, and promotional content
• Conduct research on local market trends and competitor offerings
• Assist with administrative tasks and CRM data entry to keep the agency running smoothly
• Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas
What We're Looking For
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (business, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred — but all majors welcome)
• Strong communication skills — verbal and written
• Self-motivated with a friendly, outgoing personality
• Comfortable speaking with customers and community members
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Interest in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or financial services
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to take on new challenges

You do not need to be licensed to apply for or accept this internship. While you will learn about insurance products and services, all licensed activities will be performed by our licensed agents.
