About the Role
As a Leadership Development Trainee , you’ll work side-by-side with experienced Marketing and Sales Managers while gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and leadership. This role is designed to fast-track your career into management through personalized mentorship, team collaboration, and real-world training.
Key Responsibilities
Develop in-depth product knowledge to confidently educate customers about client services
Shadow senior managers and participate in structured daily training sessions
Gain hands-on experience in sales, brand promotion, and customer acquisition strategies
Assist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
