Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Oversee daily operations of the Sales Office to ensure efficiency and productivity • Support the Director of Sales in implementing sales strategies • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, group planners, and community partners • Assist with proposals, contracts, and client follow-up to ensure seamless event execution • Track performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership review Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Must have customer service experience and a friendly disposition • Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines as assigned • Experience in Delphi preferable • Previous experience in basic print graphics creation preferable • Technical service skills : Demonstrate understanding of the technical service skills for assigned area (ie. food & beverage service, housekeeping, etc.) Compensation: $22 - $22.50 hourly
