    Want to break into sales, build your skills, and get paid for your performance?

    Guardian Tax is growing our Chandler, Arizona sales team and looking for energetic, motivated Sales Openers who are ready to learn and earn.

    This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and transferring qualified prospects to our Account Executives to close.

    How You Get Paid

    Base Pay: $17.00 per hour

    PLUS:

    • $3 for every qualified transfer
    • Additional $5 for every transferred lead that closes
    • Performance-based earning opportunities on top of your hourly pay

    The more quality opportunities you create, the more you can earn.

    What You'll Do

    As a Sales Opener, you'll be the first point of contact for potential Guardian Tax clients. You'll:

    • Speak with prospective clients over the phone
    • Ask questions to understand their tax situation
    • Follow our proven sales process
    • Build interest and establish trust
    • Identify qualified opportunities
    • Transfer qualified prospects to our Account Executives
    • Work alongside a competitive, high-energy sales team
    • Participate in ongoing coaching and sales training

    What We're Looking For

    Sales experience is a plus, but attitude and drive matter.

    We're looking for people who are confident on the phone, coachable, competitive, dependable, and motivated by the opportunity to earn more based on performance.
