We're looking for a personable, detail‑oriented Sales & Operations Support Specialist who can jump right in and help keep our sales, customer service, and day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and vendor teams, and you’ll become an important part of how we deliver excellent service to our clients.

Support Sales & Client Experience
Get to know our full lineup of products and services.
Help track all account activity in our ticketing system.
Stay on top of contract and agreement renewals.
Participation in project meetings and providing updates as require
Create opportunities and follow‑up tasks to keep things moving.
Assist with building and sending proposals to clients.
Double‑check proposals to make sure they’re accurate and meet client needs.
Keep an organized list of follow‑ups, deadlines, and client‑specific tasks.
Interact with clients daily, helping make their experience smooth and positive.
Act as client onboarding liaison.
Book conference rooms for meetings; help host for client on-site visits.

Review customer surveys
Outreach to clients to schedule Client Business Reviews
Help with Procurement & Order Management
Learn how we handle purchases and support the order process.
Learn vendor platforms
Make sure orders are submitted accurately and completed on time.
Work with vendors on pricing, product availability, tracking, and returns.
Build strong vendor relationships and help explore MDF (Marketing Development Fund) opportunities.
Enter procurement and sales‑related opportunities into our PSA system.
Coordinate Communications & Team Activities
Schedule meetings with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
Help prepare agendas, gather materials, and manage follow‑ups.
Partner with sales and marketing on social posts, campaigns, and events.
Communicate openly and help contribute to a positive, team‑focused culture.
Grow Your Skills
Complete training on our products, tools, systems, and processes.
Continuously look for ways to stay organized, improve communication, and meet goals.
What You Bring
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Planner, and OneDrive.
Comfort using personal tech—computers, mobile devices, etc.
A collaborative mindset and a desire to help the team succeed.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and a goal‑driven attitude.
At least one year of customer service experience.
