The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Data Operations Specialist to support our outbound sales team by ensuring our lead and account data is accurate, complete, and actionable. This position combines research, data accuracy, and Salesforce data management. It's an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys organization, systems, and using data to improve sales performance.

What You'll Do**
- Audit and clean up existing lead and contact data in Salesforce, verifying accuracy and removing duplicates.
- Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other research tools to enrich and expand lead and account records.
- Research and add new leads from target industry verticals aligned with our ideal customer profile.
- Support consistent lead distribution to the sales team by maintaining organized lists and assignment tracking.
- Maintain basic Salesforce functions, including data uploads, record updates, and reporting.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics such as completeness and accuracy.
- Document processes and help build a simple, repeatable data-management workflow.
- Partner with leadership on special projects related to sales operations and growth.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 - 3 years of professional experience in a sales, marketing, or operations environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for filtering, sorting, and lookups.
- Comfort conducting research using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and web searches.
- Curious and analytical mindset with an interest in understanding how clean data drives sales success.
- Desire to grow into a Salesforce Administrator or Sales Operations role.
