  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wonderful Sales, Wonderful Pistachios, and POM Wonderful business policies, processes and best practices to provide a high level of support to customers, partners and internal sales team
    • Complete and submit sales administration forms to customers via:
      • New item forms and customer documentation
      • Promotional contracts
      • Customer portal entry and deal management
    • Full lifecycle management of all promotional plans in our Trade Promotion Management System (Demantra)
      • Promotional plan entry, rework, and edits
      • Promotional reporting and analysis upon promotion completion
      • Volume forecast adjustments
      • Pricing discrepancies
      • Weekly status and activity calls with field Sales Managers
      • Other general sales requests received by field Sales Managers
    • Oversee promotional spending activity by working with internal and external Trade Marketing teams
    • Investigate customer deductions and resolve short/outstanding customer payments
    • Participate in business unit sales planning meetings and provide critical advice to the management team on all sales operations matters
    • Maintain organized archive of all work and manage applicable supporting documentation in company shared drives and customer portals
    • Formulate comprehensive, tactical sales operations Standard Operating Procedures for assigned regions and customers
    • Utilize company reporting tool (Power BI) and provide forecasting recommendations to sales managers
    • Identify tactical sales administration implications for changing business conditions and rapidly execute solutions
    • Attend 2 sales meetings per year (minimal overnight travel required)
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a Sales Operations Support and/or Account Management role preferred
    • Experience in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated ability to cultivate critical relationships and perform in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
    • Comfortable and confident working independently or with minimal supervision
    • Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

    Pay Rate: $69,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
