    The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our high-impact Sales Operations team, reporting directly to Director, Sales Operation. Help shape our go-to-market strategy through data modeling, insights generation, and strategic storytelling for the Corporate Sales team within Adobe's Digital Media unit.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in Excel (you know your INDEX/MATCH, nested IFs, and can model scenarios in your sleep), but also knows that numbers only matter if you can translate them into a clear, compelling narrative.

You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to increase awareness of business performance, influence strategic decisions, and drive process improvements in a high-growth SaaS environment.

    What You’ll Do

    1.Data Analysis & Modeling

    • Build and maintain advanced Excel models for pipeline forecasting, sales performance, territory planning, and compensation analysis.
    • Conduct scenario modeling to evaluate the impact of changes in quotas, territories, or team structure.
    • Take charge of enhancing regular reporting packages (e.g., weekly pipeline health updates, monthly essential sales metrics, summaries for the board).

    2.Insight Generation & Storytelling

    • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive executive decisions.
    • Build engaging visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to GTM collaborators.
    • Translate metrics into stories that help align sales strategy with company goals.

    3.Cross-Functional Partnership

    • Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Finance, and Marketing to support GTM strategy execution.
    • Partner with RevOps to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle.
    • Support Sales Enablement with data-driven content and tools.

    4.Tooling & Process Optimization

    • Contribute to the development and automation of reporting processes.
    • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Excel-based tools).
    • Identify gaps in workflows and recommend process improvements.

    What We’re Looking For

    Must-Haves

    • 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, FP&A, or related roles.
    • Expert-level Excel skills - you can build dynamic, error-proof models and financial-style templates with ease.
    • Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills - you know how to turn spreadsheets into strategy.
    • Experience working in or supporting a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company.
    • Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker/Tableau, or similar BI tools.

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data tools is a plus.
    • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Gong) and compensation tools.
    • Understanding of SaaS sales metrics like ARR, NRR, CAC, and pipeline velocity.

    Why Join Us

    • Be part of a fast-growing SaaS company with a data-driven culture.
    • Work alongside seasoned operators and passionate GTM teams.
    • Have a direct impact on sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth.
