Track and reconcile product availability against sales commitments, proactively resolving mismatches or shortfalls.
Sales Support & Partner Coordination
Serve as an operational liaison between Sales, Logistics, and Planning to ensure smooth deal execution and post-sale support.
Maintain clear documentation and communication for all sales orders, adjustments, and fulfillment updates.
Resolve customer issues related to shipments, damages, or delays with professionalism and urgency.
Inventory & System Oversight
Monitor inventory movement in coordination with the warehouse and purchasing team.
Ensure systems and trackers accurately reflect fulfillment status, order edits, and shipment milestones.
Generate SKU-level pick documents by pallet and order priority; work closely with teams to align on inventory flow.
Performance Reporting & Process Optimization
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key metrics: order accuracy, turnaround times, fulfillment rates, and error resolution.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements to tools, processes, or documentation standards.
Support technology integrations or automations to streamline sales operations.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales operations, inventory allocation, order management, or logistics within a product-based business. Apparel industry experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills with a high degree of proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and operational systems (ERP, WMS, 3PL platforms).
Demonstrated experience managing B2B order workflows, especially involving pick lists, inventory allocation, and multi-party coordination.
