**Exciting Job Opportunity: Temporary Sales Operations Specialist!**
We are thrilled to announce an amazing opportunity for a Temporary Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team! Working closely with the Assistant Director of Sales Operations, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Sales Department with a variety of engaging tasks. Your contributions will make a noticeable impact as you help process Home First and MAP referrals for enrollment, maintain our Home First databases, and provide invaluable administrative support to our sales and marketing teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
\- Efficiently process Home First and MAP referrals for enrollment.
\- Keep our Home First databases up-to-date.
\- Offer administrative support to our fantastic sales and marketing teams.
\- Maintain databases for sales reporting and department audits.
\- Oversee the inventory room with care and precision.
**Qualifications:**
\- High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus!
\- At least two years of experience in a customer service setting.
\- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
\- Familiarity with healthcare-related computer systems/applications is beneficial.
\- NYS Health and Accident License preferred.
\- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills are a must!
\- Hours will be Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm with a competitive hourly rate of $28/hr.
