    We are seeking a Sales Operations & Marketing Enablement Specialist to serve as a critical operational partner to leadership, sales, clinical, and recruiting teams.     About the Role

    As the Sales Operations & Marketing Enablement Specialist, you will help power the engine behind our referral growth, provider partnerships, and market expansion efforts.

    You’ll work directly with leadership to improve sales workflows, strengthen referral partner communication, enhance operational responsiveness, and support strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the BrightStar brand.

    You will play a key role in helping BrightStar Care become the most responsive, professional, and trusted home care provider in the market.

    What You’ll Own

    Sales Operations & Referral Coordination

    Serve as operational support partner for the outside sales team

    Manage incoming referrals and inquiries with urgency, professionalism, and precision

    Act as a central point of communication between referral partners, clinical staff, operations, and leadership

    Maintain CRM accuracy and sales activity tracking

    Analyze operational and sales trends to improve responsiveness and conversion performance

    Help ensure BrightStar remains the fastest and most reliable provider partner in the region

    Marketing & Brand Enablement

    Support strategic marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts

    Coordinate newsletters, digital communication, social media engagement, and branded collateral

    Maintain and organize marketing materials, sales packets, brochures, and outreach assets

    Gather referral partner feedback to improve messaging, service experience, and relationship management

    Participate in select networking events, provider outreach, and business development activities

    Process Improvement & Strategic Growth

    Develop and document scalable sales operations workflows and SOPs

    Improve internal communication and referral handoff processes

    Identify opportunities to leverage systems, automation, and technology for operational efficiency

    Support leadership initiatives focused on growth, scalability, and market expansion

    What Success Looks Like

    Within your first year, you will help:

    Increase referral responsiveness and operational efficiency

    Strengthen provider and community relationships

    Improve internal communication and workflow consistency

    Support the acquisition of new referral sources and patient opportunities

    Build scalable systems that contribute directly to company growth

    What We’re Looking For

    We are looking for a polished, organized, and highly motivated professional with strong communication skills and operational instincts.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or related field preferred

    Experience in sales operations, marketing coordination, business operations, recruiting coordination, or healthcare administration preferred

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

    CRM experience is a plus

    Professional presence, accountability, discretion, and follow-through
