Primary Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from hospitals, providers, patients, and families

Follow up on referrals and new inquiries

Enter and update information in our CRM and systems

Coordinate communication between sales, clinical, and operations teams

Ensure fast, professional response times

Additional Support Tasks

Send emails and updates to referral partners

Assist with tracking and organizing communication

Help maintain accurate records and data entry

Support basic administrative tasks
