Job Description
****We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business aviation, with specific expertise in MRO quoting, maintenance planning, and aircraft modifications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage MRO quotes for clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with maintenance planning teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and operational activities.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant client and project information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Develop and manage quotes for aircraft modifications, ensuring all regulatory and client requirements are met.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations within the business aviation industry.
- Proven experience in MRO quoting, maintenance planning, and aircraft modifications.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite, and Quantum ERP.
- Comprehension, understanding and execution of broad practices associated within the field assigned and related fields. Applies these understandings in the completion of complex work assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work without direct and immediate supervision.
