Maleda Tech is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to join our client's innovative operations team. This role focuses on expanding a fast-growing premium services platform by building partnerships with local service providers in Los Angeles. You'll represent the brand in the field, connecting with small business owners and community members to promote exciting new service opportunities.
Identify and engage potential partners through online research, cold calls, community events, and local outreach.
Conduct persuasive in-person meetings to introduce and promote premium in-home service offerings.
Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are informed and set up for success.
Collaborate with internal teams to share community insights and improve market strategies.
Track leads, activities, and results to continuously refine outreach tactics.
3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence initiating new conversations.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple prospects.
Clear communicator with a friendly, authentic tone in both writing and speech.
Deep local knowledge of the Los Angeles market.
Experience with small business owners, independent contractors, or “side hustlers” is a plus.
Passion for connecting communities and creating economic opportunities.
