MetrumRG is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations and Client Services Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and brings advanced to expert-level HubSpot expertise. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting both client experience and sales operations, helping to keep processes running smoothly, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring every detail is handled with care.

Education and Experience
A 4-year college degree is required or equivalent experience (Business, Operations, Communications, or related field).
Experience: 4-6 years experience in sales operations, customer relations, business administration, or a similar analytical role supporting a sales or business development function.
Physical Demands
The job frequently requires working at a computer terminal, standing or sitting, and the ability to operate the computer with proficiency.
Work Environment
The work environment is quiet with no adverse conditions.
