Responsibilities

Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that meet both their visual needs and personal style preferences.

Accurately measure and fit lenses to ensure proper performance and comfort.

Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and insurance coverage.

Process eyewear orders with accuracy and attention to detail.

Perform eyewear adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs.

Maintain frame inventory and visual merchandising standards.

Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

Previous optical or optician experience preferred; however, training will be provided for motivated candidates.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.

Flexibility to work at multiple practice locations as required.
