Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Learn how to assist customers in choosing products that fit their needs and budget. • Help prepare accurate prices and project quotes. • Support customers through the entire sales process, from the first meeting to project completion. • Gain experience with in-person and phone-based customer service. • Help maintain positive relationships with current and new customers. • Learn how to use business software tools (email, scheduling, quoting systems). • Shadow sales professionals to understand sales strategies and customer follow-up. • Report customer questions or concerns to your manager. Qualifications: Must be enrolled through a Wisconsin school youth apprenticeship program or school-work program. Work Environment: • Most work will take place inside the showroom on the sales floor. • Occasionally, you may visit customer homes or other store locations with staff. Physical Expectations: • Comfortable working at a desk and on the sales floor. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely (training provided). Compensation: $15 hourly
