We are looking for a motivated, people-first professional in Augusta, Georgia who combines sales confidence with healthcare experience and is excited to grow into a specialized clinical role in hearing healthcare.

This is an Audiology Assistant position with hands-on training provided. The right person will be comfortable learning clinical skills, supporting patient care, and working toward passing a required exam as part of their professional growth.

About the Role As an Audiology Assistant, you will be a key part of the patient experience, guiding patients from their first interaction through education, care coordination, and follow-up. This role blends relationship-based sales, patient counseling, and clinical support in a growing healthcare specialty.

What We Are Looking For

Sales-oriented and comfortable discussing treatment options with patients

Prior healthcare experience required

Comfortable learning hands-on clinical skills and medical workflows

Willing and able to study for and pass a required exam

Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset

Medical Assistant

LPN

CNA or patient care technician

Any role involving direct clinical or patient care experience

No prior audiology experience is required. Training will be provided.
