Description The Sales Outreach Intern supports the front end of the sales process by connecting with applicants or potential customers through phone and email outreach. This role focuses on communication, screening, and scheduling, making it ideal for students interested in sales, customer engagement, or business development.
Interns will learn how outreach drives the sales pipeline while developing strong professional communication skills in a real-world environment.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to applicants or leads
Ask basic screening and qualifying questions
Share a brief overview of the company and role
Schedule interviews or follow-up appointments
Send follow-up emails to contacts
Log call outcomes and notes accurately
