We are seeking a motivated Sales Outreach Specialist to support the front end of our sales process through outbound communication and lead qualification. This role focuses on contacting prospective candidates or customers, asking screening questions, and scheduling interviews or next-step appointments to support the sales pipeline.
The Sales Outreach Specialist serves as an initial point of contact and plays a key role in creating a positive, professional first impression while helping move qualified individuals forward efficiently.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to applicants or prospective leads
Ask structured screening and qualifying questions to assess interest, availability, and fit
Provide a brief overview of the company, role, or services
Schedule interviews or follow-up appointments for qualified individuals
Send follow-up emails or messages to contacts who did not answer calls
Confirm appointments and manage reschedules as needed
Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and scheduling details
Maintain consistent follow-up to support the sales pipeline
Represent the company professionally in all communications
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new contacts
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to manage time effectively and meet outreach goals
Professional and confident phone presence
