      Sales/Estimator Qualifications

    • 2+ years of customer-facing sales or service experience
    • Background in residential services, landscaping or construction industries is a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with basic technology tools (email, spreadsheets, measuring apps)
    • Experience with project estimation or scope development (preferred)
    • Knowledge of local area and local housing market (preferred)
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
