The Opportunity
This is a hunter-focused role for someone who knows how to get in front of decision-makers, build new relationships, and close deals. You'll have the freedom to control your own income with salary + uncapped commission as an independent contractor , backed by a respected, established company. If you have recruiting experience — especially in construction — and 1–2 years of sales experience, this is a perfect chance to be in control of your financial destiny.
What You'll Do
Build new business pipelines and generate opportunities from scratch
Leverage your existing contacts and network to open doors
Introduce our recruiting and talent solutions to small and mid-size businesses
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients
Take ownership of your sales goals and income potential
Who We're Looking For
1–2 years of recruiting experience preferred (construction a plus)
Minimum of 1–2 years in sales or business development
True hunter mentality — you proactively seek out new opportunities
Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated to grow your own book of business
Confident engaging with decision-makers and closing deals
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent environment
