Are you outgoing, self-motivated, and energized by face-to-face sales? Rolling Suds is hiring Territory Sales Consultants to help introduce homeowners to our high-quality power washing services and grow our presence in local communities.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll work within assigned, pre-planned neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners, explaining our services, and creating demand. You’ll be responsible for sparking interest, booking estimates, and closing same-day sales when possible, while representing the Rolling Suds brand professionally and confidently.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a front-line representative for Rolling Suds in residential areas

Engage homeowners in conversation and educate them on our services

Assess customer needs and clearly communicate value

Set up estimates and close sales in the field

Execute established sales processes, scripts, and best practices

Log daily activity and results in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in outside, field, or door-to-door sales

Confident, personable, and comfortable initiating conversations

Strong communication and listening skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own territory

Dependable, organized, and motivated by performance goals

Reliable transportation required
