Summary

We are seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic team at Home Evolution. This role is essential for driving sales and expanding our market presence in the Capital District and outlying areas. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients.

The sky is the limit for highly motivated individuals to easily earn a six figure income. We provide world class training combined with highly qualified leads to give our sales team an opportunity to excel within a rapidly growing local company.

90% of our Sales Team earn over $100k per year.

Pay Details

Earn $1,000.00 per week to start, regardless of your sales. This is a probationary period to see if sales is the right position for you.

Aggressive commission structure, your earning potential depends on you.

You'll receive 2-4 highly qualified leads (appointments) per day.

Responsibilities

Travel to up to 4 appointments per day, to give customers an estimate. These appointments are set for you by our office staff.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.

Requirements

Must have your own vehicle, we provide the gas.

Must have at least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferable home improvement sales. We're willing to train the right person.

Must have a results-oriented mindset.

Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Must be able to climb and walk on an average roof.

Must be able to carry and use an extension ladder.

Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record for at least three years.

Must have the ability to pass a random drug test.
