Allstate Insurance Agency – Gregg Blanchard is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Processor and Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Responsibilities:

Process new insurance policy applications accurately and efficiently to ensure timely coverage

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience

Coordinate with sales agents to manage policy documentation and follow-up tasks

Verify client information and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines

Maintain and update client records within agency management systems (CRM)

Communicate with carriers to confirm policy binding, payments, and issuance

Support the sales team with administrative tasks to drive overall agency performance

Requirements:

Prior experience in insurance, sales support, or client onboarding preferred

Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency with CRM platforms and general computer applications preferred

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
