Base Salary: $45,000 per year

Additional Pay: Commissions + Bonuses

Position Overview:

We’re hiring a motivated Sales Producer who is ready to help clients protect what matters most. Whether you're already licensed or brand new to insurance, we’ll give you the tools, training, and support to succeed. We pay you while you study for your license, and we cover all licensing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and follow up with prospects

Educate customers on insurance options and provide quotes

Recommend and sell appropriate coverage

Build strong client relationships

Meet sales goals and support agency growth

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset

Must obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire (we pay for training and licensing, and you are paid during this period)

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred (not required)
