Position: Sales Producer Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Schedule: Full-time (preferred) Compensation: Commission-based + renewal income

Renewal income on the items you’ve written (ongoing earnings as your book grows)
Six-figure earning potential through new business sales commissions + renewal fees (performance dependent)

What you’ll do
Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
Create a referral network, building a pipeline to consistently hit weekly/monthly activity and production goals
Discuss needs with prospects, generate quality quotes, present coverage options, and close sales
Provide exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and share best practices
Maintain licensing and follow required compliance standards
What we’re looking for
Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic and personal accountability
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Coachable and motivated to improve daily
Comfortable with phone-based selling, follow-up, and asking for referrals
Experience in sales (preferred, not required)
Licensing / requirements
Property & Casualty license: Required / Must be able to obtain within 30 days
Life license: Required / Must be able to obtain within 60 days
