We are a leading insurance brokerage and consulting firm, serving hospitals, public entities, California school districts, TPA services, and Commercial businesses. Now a part of Gallagher, we are an insurance brokerage and consulting firm meeting the insurance needs of hospitals, public entities, and California school districts. We specialize in providing consulting services in the areas of employee benefits, workers' compensation, loss control, financial, and property & liability. Depending on your job level, these benefits may improve: • Medical/dental/vision plans, which start from day one! • Life and accident insurance • 401(k) and Roth options • Tax-advantaged accounts (HSA, FSA) • Educational expense reimbursement • Paid parental leave Responsibilities: • Develop new business opportunities by identifying and contacting prospective clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in your territory. • Understand client needs and recommend suitable Employee Benefits products and services. • Promote Keenan’s private-label products and cross-sell other offerings. • Collaborate with clients to create and execute annual strategic plans. • Oversee renewals, negotiations, and program changes to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: • At least 5 years of successful consultative sales experience in group benefits (preferred). • Knowledge of the California managed care market and group underwriting principles. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Analytical, creative, and highly organized with strong prioritization abilities. • Active California Life & Disability Agent license. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience. Compensation: $111,500 - $217,500
