Position Summary

The Licensed Sales Producer is responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and helping customers find the right auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other insurance products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through referrals, outbound calls, networking, and marketing leads.

Quote and sell various lines of insurance products including auto, home, renters, and condo.

Review current coverage and identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding.

Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency systems.

Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and Nevada insurance regulations.

Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales and onboarding process.

Qualifications

Active Nevada Property & Casualty License preferred

Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset

Ability to multitask and work independently

Experience with quoting systems and CRM software is a plus
