    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting with decision-makers, and closing deals while building long-term client relationships.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Manage and grow a pipeline within a defined sales territory by engaging businesses seeking a profession commercial cleaning service

    Prospect new business through outbound outreach and local networking

    Schedule and conduct on-site walkthroughs with potential customers

    Meet face-to-face with facility managers, property managers, and other decision-makers

    Develop customized cleaning service solutions based on client needs highlighting 360clean’s Health-Focused Cleaning

    Present proposals and close new commercial accounts

    Track activity and pipeline progress in the company’s CRM

    Partner with sales leadership and team members to improve strategy, execution, and results.

    Consistently work toward and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

    Represent the 360clean brand with integrity, professionalism and confidence in the field.

    Key Responsibilities

    Proactively prospect within an assigned territory

    Schedule and attend walkthroughs and sales meetings

    Build trust and credibility with potential customers

    Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the sales cycle

    Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

    What We’re Looking For

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Comfortable with in-person meetings and outbound prospecting

    Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport through outreach and in-person meetings.

    A competitive, performance-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.

    Self-motivated, organized, capable of managing a territory, schedule, and scales a sales pipeline effectively.

    Sales experience preferred (B2B or service-based sales a plus)

    Familiarity with CRM tools is helpful, but comprehensive training is provided.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
