SALES PROFESSIONAL
This is an Entry Level position with a strong possibility for advancement into a Sales Manager position.
The SALES PROFESSIONAL is responsible for providing excellent customer experience from New Lead to the start of service. They are primarily focused on working inbound leads that have been generated by Abundant Lawn marketing efforts. They also take ownership of generating opportunities from past leads, existing client cross-selling and upselling, and through direct outreach as necessary.
Salary: Base Salary: $36,000 – 48,000, based on level of experience and prior results
  	Commission: $24,000 – 32,000 Target, based on 2-6% of gross sales 
      Maintenance contracts get commission for one year.

Key Accountabilities
Sell inbound service opportunities for landscape maintenance
Sell inbound service opportunities for landscape installation & related
Outbound prospecting with Abundant Lawn lead database
Outreach to existing clients for cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with other Home Service providers for leads
Regular Execution
Handle inbound leads
Estimate landscape maintenance service w/ photo documentation
Propose work to prospects
Close deals & collect landscape deposits
Review previous customers/leads and upsell/cross sell
Outbound emails, texts, phone calls for cold outreach to previous customers
Outbound emails, texts, phone calls for cold outreach to existing customers
Coordinate with Office for job scheduling
Hang flyers (as needed)
Engage Operations Manager for Landscape Design & Installation projects
Initial landscape job site review with Operations and/or crew
Final Landscape job walk-through and payment collection
Collaboration or lead on escalated customer issues (esp. first 90 days of service)
Build and maintain referral partner database
