Responsibilities: • Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future sales • Serve as an expert in new and used RV construction and key differences to thoroughly answer all customer questions • Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports RV sales • Present used and new RVs through demonstrations and dealership walk-throughs • Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies Qualifications: • Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting • Valid driver's license and safe driving record are mandatory • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree is considered a plus • Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are all crucial for meeting customer needs Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 yearly
