Key Responsibilities:

Engage & Inform: Actively participate in morning sales meetings to stay updated and aligned with team goals.

Market Outreach: Collaborate with our marketing department to connect with new and former customers, driving sales opportunities.

Customer Interaction: Work the sales floor and lot, answering questions, engaging customers, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Test Drives: Facilitate and join customers on test drives, ensuring an exceptional experience for those who qualify.

Needs Assessment: Conduct interviews to accurately identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

Training Participation: Attend all sales training meetings to continually improve your skills and knowledge.

Transaction Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Manager throughout the transaction process to ensure smooth and successful sales.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required—just a passion for sales and customer service.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain customer relationships.

A driven personality, capable of excelling under pressure.

A valid driver's license.

Successful completion of a background check.
