    Job Description: We seek a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inside sales requests as well as identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond to inbound quote requests

    Read and understand engineering drawings

    Estimate material, labor, and other project-specific related costs to calculate final pricing

    Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

    Prospect and contact potential customers

    Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

    Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

    Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software

    Create sales material to present to customers

    Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services

    ​Primary Qualifications:

    Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields in the elevator or construction industry

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

    Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel and Outlook and QuickBooks

    Math skills, i.e. calculations, interpreting drawings for takeoffs

    Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships

    Strong presentation and negotiation skills

    Deadline and detail-oriented

    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
