We provide study materials and pay for your state licensing exams and FINRA exams. Products and solutions Together with its subsidiaries, New York Life provides a range of products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products such as mutual funds through our broker-dealer arm, NYLIFE Securities LLC (member of FINRA and SIPC), a Licensed Insurance Agency, ensuring that the solutions you develop with clients can help them and their families achieve their financial goals. You’ll also be able to specialize and gain expertise in different areas, such as by becoming a financial advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, our investment advisory division, to offer wealth management and advisory services, estate planning strategies, and business solutions. ****How we will compensate you You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. Individual agent performance will determine your income. Benefits for full-time agents include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension. $130,000 at plan earnings. Responsibilities: Build and Maintain Client Relationships Educate Clients on Financial Options • Explain basic financial concepts, products, and strategies in a clear, understandable way to help clients make informed decisions—training and support provided Develop Customized Financial Plans • We will train you to help clients. You will create tailored solutions for • retirement, investments, insurance needs, budgeting and family legacy planning, and business succession planning. Commit to Ongoing Learning and Professional Growth • We provide all the training courses you will need to obtain your professional licenses. We pay for your insurance and FINRA license exams. We also provide tuition reimbursement to help you obtain a financial designation such as ChFC®, RICP®, or CFP® • Stay current on financial industry trends and complete required training and licensing to build your expertise and credibility over time Qualifications: Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills • Proven ability to build relationships, listen actively, and explain complex concepts clearly—skills gained in fields like education, sales, healthcare, or customer service are highly valued Interest in Helping Others Achieve Financial Goals • A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives by guiding them through important financial decisions, even if formal financial experience is limited Motivation to Learn and Grow • Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
