Products and solutions Together with its subsidiaries, New York Life provides a range of products, including employee benefits, life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products such as mutual funds through our broker-dealer arm, NYLIFE Securities LLC (member of FINRA and SIPC), a Licensed Insurance Agency, ensuring that the solutions you develop with clients can help them and their families achieve their financial goals. You’ll also be able to specialize and gain expertise in different areas, such as by becoming a financial advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, our investment advisory division, to offer wealth management and advisory services, estate planning strategies, and business solutions. ****How we will compensate you You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. Individual agent performance will determine your income. Benefits for full-time agents include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension. $130,000 at plan earnings. Your compensation will grow as your book of business grows, and there is no commission cap. Responsibilities: • Create & Maintain Relationships with Employers, Municipalities & Government Offices. • Build relationships with all sizes of locally owned businesses and municipalities. • Build consultative relationships with business owners, HR executives, and decision-makers to understand organizational benefit needs. • Present and deliver customized employee benefit solutions, including retirement plans, insurance, and financial wellness programs. • Advise on business succession planning to help owners protect their legacy and ensure smooth leadership transitions. • Provide guidance on key employee benefit programs that enhance loyalty and reduce turnover. • Educate Clients on Financial Options. • We provide all the training courses you will need to obtain your professional licenses. We pay for your insurance and FINRA license exams. We also provide tuition reimbursement to help you obtain a financial designation such as ChFC, RICP, or CFP. Qualifications: • Experience in B2B sales , ideally within financial services, employee benefits, or insurance. • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-suite and HR executives. • Enterprising mindset with the ability to independently build and grow a book of business. • Series 6/7 and 63/65 (or 66) licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain. We pay for study materials & licensing fees. • Life & Health Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain. We pay for study materials & licensing fees. • A bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus. Compensation: $130,000 at plan earnings
